Organized one of Virginia's Largest 2-Day VEX Robotics Events with 500+ Attendees at Virginia Tech.
Responsibilities
• Served as the Event Partner, which is the responsible party for putting on a VEX Robotics Competition.
• Along with a talented team, managed event logistics, including venue coordination, competition layout, volunteer recruitment, and advertising.
Outcomes
• Over 500+ attendees, 30+ volunteers, 200+ livestream viewers, and the event exceeded expectations for stakeholders.
• Increased reputation of Virginia Tech in the VEX community.
• Event featured on VT News.
